Space overview
We are two designers/academics looking for a 3rd person to occupy the last desk in our studio. The space is located on Victoria Street, near Lygon Street just around the corner from great bakeries, bars and lunch options. Our space is secure, has heating, north-facing windows and a ceiling fan — ideal for year-round occupation, particularly compared to other too-hot / too-cold warehouse situations. There is a nice leafy kitchen set up with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press and communal table shared with the other studios in the warehouse. Rent is $150 pcm all inclusive of bills and NBN broadband.
