We are looking for someone to take over the lease on our beautiful retail store on Sydney Rd.

The space is long and narrow, its a gorgeous petite space. we have built a stud wall half way down the space to make the retail more intimate, but this can easily be removed. 

The shop features lovely pendant lights and a gorgeous copper window and door frame at the front. 

The location is close to some other great retail, awesome restaurants and Barkley Square shopping centre.
