    High ceilings, floor boards, flooded with natural light all day. The space feels great with glass walls with black industrial frames which divides the space from the open plan warehouse - this is a space we can make ours.

    Looking to fill 2 desks - each $600 per month

    I'm an interior deisgner so I appreciate a streamlined office where everything has a home. The space will be furnished and I'm happy to negotiate other furniture so long as we end up with a space that looks great.

    I am keen to share this space so that we all feel comfortable. The space is adjacent to an open plan working area which is occupied by a production company. The office includes a full kitchen which is excellent! (coffee machine, cooktop, oven, dishwasher & fridge).

    I'm easy going and like to have a bit of background music, I think it is important that we have similar taste and volume preferences for music as it can be one of the breaking points in a shared space. The space will be set up to handle meetings or you can utilise the island bench adjacent to the kitchen for an informal meeting area. Both work really well.

    My aim is to create a space that makes us happy and focused when working. There is an opportunity for storage within the glassed office space and also in the open plan office (depending on space required and the frequency you require your items).

     - looking for like minded people to share this space with me. creatives, fun, considerate, grounded, respectful, relaxed, and don't talk mega loud on the phone ;-)

    the space is secure - the open plan office area is occupied by a production company so only their employees have access to the space - we will have 24 hour access also. the property is alarmed and monitored by the production company which is great peace of mind.

    I'm a business individual - so I'd love to meet people that are similar and are up for the occasional heartstrom regarding business - and how do we do better business / cheer each other on - obviously this would need to be mutual - i feel there is so much to gain from sharing with other 'go getters' out there doing their thing - sometimes it not easy so creating a mini professional hub would be another aim for the space.

    In St Kilda and surrounding areas I've found it really hard to find a space that feels good and offers storage! I've set up this space, and would love to have the other 2 people around to have input - help establish the vibe and how best to accomodate your needs too.     There is an opportunity to organise parking for a client meeting or unloading - there is plenty of free unlimited street parking at the end of Blessington street & Blessington Ave (directly across the intersection = easy). adjacent streets there is easy 2hour parking for clients and reps that may visit you or if you're popping in and out of the office ;-)
