St Paul’s Creative Centre is an unique co-working and shared office space for those working in arts and creative industries & technology, based in the heart of Adelaide.
Featuring open-plan working areas, creative spaces, training rooms, private meeting rooms, and a stunning function space under the lofty church rafters, St Paul’s is more than a building with a wow factor, it’s a creative community.
Whether you are a freelancer, a start-up or a small business team working in arts or creative tech, St Paul’s is a flexible space designed to adapt to your business and innovation needs.
St Paul’s is also home to Fab Lab Adelaide (digital fabrication workshop) and the SA Music Hall of Fame (memorabilia display). Both are open to the public, see our website for details.
St Paul’s Creative Centre is an initiative of the State Government, through Arts South Australia.
St Paul’s Creative Centre Membership Fees:
Starter Pack (one off trial, 5 days per month) - $99 per month;
Part Time (non-dedicated desk) - $155 per month*;
Full Time (non-dedicated desk) - $250 per month;
Full Time (dedicated desk) - $300 per month.
Daily memberships - Available by request.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER - $5 Fridays (one off trial)
*Part Time $155/month for up to 3 days per week use. Can be pro-rata to $13/day if less than 3 days per week is desired.
Venue hire clients can apply to obtain a one-off liquor license for individual events when required for an event.
Venue hire is generally restricted to events that fall within our core sectors of arts and creative tech.
After hours access requires an event to partner with an existing tenant or member who has 24 hour access.
We have flexible options to suit your needs. Hot desks can be arranged part or full time, dedicated or non-dedicated desks, and there are occasionally tenancy / private office spaces available. Venue hire is generally during business hours, and must have an application to a creative field. Contact us to discuss what you're after and we'll see what we can do.
Parking is reserved for staff and members on a rostered basis. Guests will find metered street parking outside on Flinders Street and multi-level carpark around the corner on Sudholz Place. Secure bicycle lock-up area in courtyard.
