HOST YOUR OWN WORKSHOPS/CLASSES
Large light filled studio space available for hire for a variety of uses, particularly hosting workshops.
The space is 140m2 with a high saw tooth roof which lets in abundant natural light creating a special atmosphere.
Studio Facilities include:
* Large carpark out the front (free only on weekends)
* Kitchenette with crockery
* Rubbish and recycling disposal
* Private bathrooms
* A range of trestle tables and chairs
* Street level with easy access for loading and unloading
* Walking distance to Brunswick train station and the Sydney Rd tram
* Right next door to Melbourne Artists Supplies
* Wash-out room with large wash troughs
* 20 meter printing table
The studio is available to hire through Monday to Sunday 9am - 6pm subject to availability.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A 25% deposit to hold the booking is required within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Deposits are non refundable and will be retained if an event is cancelled once booked. The remainder of the venue hire fee is due prior to the event. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
Events can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the event - 10 business days - at no additional cost. Events cancelled within 2 weeks - 9 business days - will incur a cancelation fee of 25%. If an event is cancelled within 48 hours the full hire fee will be charged.
If for any reason the studio has to cancel an event and a alternative date can not be found a full refund of the balance paid will be refunded.
