The Courthouse Lock-Up

Calling all artistic rebels, ratbags and scoundrels, The Lock-Up is OPEN. 

We have an unreal opportunty for an artist/s or a collective to take over this unusual space for up to 3 months. 

Located in the heart of Maroochydore across the road from Cotton Tree beach, with a coffee shop on site, this unusual, surprisingly light space is the unexpected studio you never knew you always needed. 

Exhibition deadline? Lock yourself in a cell or take advantage of the large, open plan room to create large scale works or spill outside into an undercover car port with steps, forming a small ampitheatre. 

We want you if you have a conceptual, fun, contemporary, participatory, plain crazy idea...
