The loft is adjoined to the House of Dance. It sits above the main entrance with its own private staircase and entry door (exclusive signage area too). Perfect for music/drama, dance wear retailer or a space for coaching. The space has been fitted with a brand new air-contioning unit, LED lighting & floating timber floor. ALOT of walkby traffic within the house of dance that you could tap into fo buiness! We will only hire this out to one regular party. Not available for casual use.
