The Rapha Melbourne Clubhouse is located in an early 1900’s warehouse on Guildford Lane. Both the building and laneway have great heritage and cultural significance within the Melbourne CBD fabric. With its bluestone walls, exposed floor and roof structures the building offered great opportunities and challenges in providing a space that both respected the building’s features and represented Rapha’s brand aesthetic.
We have two spaces avaliable, we have our beautiful Peoples Room, located on the first floor which is availiable during business hours, or our modular Cafe / Retail space located on the ground floor can be booked upon application.
Day Rate (1000-1800, additional hours extra)
$440 inc GST
First two hours $165 inc GST
Hourly rate after $65 inc GST
For events that run past 1800, you will need to pay for a minimum of two staff for the venue.
$70 / hour for two staff, additional staff are $33 / hour
For events that serve F&B, there is a $100 cleaning fee (not payable if you supply your own glassware etc)
If you wish to hire the entire building, there is a 50% discount on the second space & if you wish to host your event on the ground floor during business hours, the hire fee is $1000/hour for loss of trade).
Rapha doesn’t offer catering for events, however we’re more than happy to put you in touch with companies we’ve successfully worked with before.
We can serve alcohol, house beers & wine are $5.00 each.
