The Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre is the City of Greater Dandenong's home of the arts.
The Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre hosts an exciting range of high quality and diverse exhibitions from leading Australian artists. Funded by the City of Greater Dandenong, this facility is open and free to the public.
The Centre also consists of a performing arts theatre and meeting rooms, which can be hired by the public. One professional projector is available for hirers.
The Band Room is suitable for workshops and meetings up to 25 people and cocktail style functions up to 40 people. Trestle tables, chairs and a whiteboard are available for use. The room also features a self-contained kitchen and toilet facilities.
Performing Arts Theatre
The Performing Arts Theatre is suitable for performances, rehearsals, dance groups, workshops and large meetings for up to 70 people. Trestle tables, chairs and a whiteboard are available for use. The room also features a 16 track audio desk, lighting grid with lamps and a fold-down elevated seating system.
Walker Street Gallery & Arts Centre has a bright and versatile gallery space that is available for hire for exhibitions and special events.

Parking is available on-site on Mason Street, on the street on Walker Street (fees apply) and at the Walker Street multi-deck car park (fees apply). Dandenong train station and bus terminal are also located a short walk away.
