Attached to Hobart’s City Hall in a previous life, this second story venue now forms part of the Youth Arts & Recreation Centre.
It has been converted into a funky studio and adjoining classroom. The space does not have equal access, a timber staircase leads from ground level up one floor.
The large room is well lit, featuring a saw tooth roof and mirrored walls and is well suited to creative events such as dance, theatre, music and creative industry events. The venue could also be used as a greenroom space for the City Hall.
Hire fees depend upon the usage type and duration.
