Looking for 2 individuals to share this open plan loft styled commercial space, in Collingwood.

I currently operate a small Fashion Company within the space.

Those who are interested in coming to see the space do not have to be in the fashion industry, though if you are, the space is convenient to a lot of fashion amenities.

The space has two curtained off areas, but no partitioning.

I would like it to be a discussion between the 3 of us as to how we can lay the space out, to be effective for everyone.

I am looking for this to be a productive, professional and respectful space.

There is space for one car, generally reserved for clientele - but this is negotiable
