Space overview
I run a creative space in Summer Hill where we have a few spots free for artists/creatives etc. We have a few spaces from 25 SQM up to 50 SQM, great for artists who need a bigger space to work. The 25 SQM spots are usually $150 GST a week and cover all the utilities and internet. Until the end of September we are discounting the rent by 25%, and possibly beyond September depending on the circumstances. The rent is $6 GST per sqm per week for all sized spaces.
