This spacious office first floor includes north and south facing windows which allow great daylight and views. There is a separate closed meeting room , kitchenette, toilets, A3 and A1 printers for use, WIFI included and end of trip shower facilities. There is a small ground floor area which allows for safe bike storage. The rental includes a 2400mm long desk space with a 12 cube shelving unit. There are other storage areas available as well and included in the rental fee. We have a cafe across the road and share a lovely outdoor courtyard with other creative businesses. The building is a 1950s style building with many of the original features internally. The flooring is carpet and there is heating and cooling (split system). You will be sharing with a very tiny architecture practice and an office greyhound that loves to sleep on the job. Access is 24 hours.
Our space is located in St Hellier St, Heidelberg Heights. It is walking distance from Sunnyside Cafe. Our side of the street is mainly businesses while the other side of the street is residential.
