Space overview
A clean, quiet and secure workspace filled with natural light that is one of 23 similar studios In a first floor complex. There are shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
One wall of the studio is painted brick and the other 3 are 12mm painted MDF. The walls can be painted, drilled and screwed. There is one double power point. The ceiling has glass panels allowing the studio to be bathed in natural light during the day. The floor is vinyl and so is easy to keep dust free. Access to the studio is via a handle with a digital keypad. Access is 24/7 and free wifi.
The studios are situated close to Sydney Rd and all public transport. On the ground level is Kines Cafe and there are numerous other bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. A large supermarket is also close by.
