We are currently looking for a small business/ creative collective to take on a long term lease in our main ground floor area. Our private studios are currently filled and there is a recently opened vacancy in our medium sized open plan area for a new subtenant. The space itself is pretty flexible in terms of how it can be used - in the past we've had artist collectives, industrial designers and more. We are bang in between Brunswick and Jewell station and just a stones throw away from Sydney Road We are a conscious and dynamic community comprised of musicians, costume designers and have recently opened a cafe at the front of the warehouse, so you won't have to travel far for some of the tastiest brews in town. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and would like to book in a viewing.Â
