Space overview
Nicholson Street Studios is made up of 3 sections - private offices, a large private multi purpose space, and an open plan shared working space.
The available office is at the front of the building and looks onto Nicholson Street. It's approximately 3 metres x 2.5 metres and is suitable for one person or a business wth two people. The space is a little unusual as you enter it through another office (which opens onto the main room). The other office is used by me (Hilary) and I'm a photographer who isn't there much :) The co-working space is large and most tenants are photographers that are often out shooting - so the space is very peaceful and not crowded but there are enough people around so that you can have a chat when you fancy some socialising. We are on the NBN, we have air conditioning and heating, an alarm system and 24 hour access. Desks are adjustable for sitting or standing.
