Space overview
A generous sized studio space with natural light from south-facing, saw tooth ceiling windows and hanging double-tube fluorescent lights. Access is via stairs only, and won't suit someone who makes artworks wider than a standard doorway, or uses large equipment.
The complex is located on the first floor of a warehouse, with a total of nine studio spaces of varying size separated by partition walls for privacy. There is a small kitchenette with the basics including kettle, toaster, microwave, small oven; a separate wash-up area; and unisex bathroom.
Great Fitzroy North location, close to Fitzroy swimming pool, Brunswick Street/St Georges Rd tram, and short walk to Edinburgh Gardens.
