Residency Studios is a recently opened co-working creative space in Newtown, Geelong. The office is beautiful; full of light, heaps of space over two levels. Kitchen area, meeting room, break out spaces, etc. and there is ample parking. There are nine desks in total, currenlty we have 4 for rent. We now have an upstairs office available for rent, suiting up to four people. Desks are $450 per month to rent, which includes gst, all of your bills, your desk, a chair, everything, and gives you a key and full access. Day rates are also available.
