Creative studio heritage shopfront
We have a heritage shopfront, suitable for pop-up space, exhibition, short-term studio or rehearsal space. Features include LED track gallery lighting on both side and rear walls; display windows divide studio from the street; electronic security locks on the exterior and internal door to shopfront; double glazing makes it quite a quiet space; diffused natural light through frosted glass for light and privacy; polished hardwood floorboards; well insulated for heat and sound from the street; private bathroom. Resident is chemically sensitive so only unscented, low scent, low VOC used.
