Built in 2005, Venue 114 is a three-level modern facility with 15 different spaces for hire including three halls, an outdoor stage and two indoor stages equipped with high quality sound and lighting infrastructure and lakeside courtyard. Owned and operated by Sunshine Coast Council, this in-demand venue hosts a variety of events, festivals, conferences, expos, community group classes, private functions, children’s entertainment and live music performances. The Green Room is a trendy space hidden behind Hall 3 stage with external access. This spacious room features chesterfield lounges, a small in-room kitchenette and two separate dressing rooms with shower and toilet amenities.Â
