Warehouse space for day hire in Carlton, available for photo shoots & film clips etc. It is not a function, or event space unfortunately, no exhibitions, live music, weddings. Only Photography & Film thanks. The space is approx 120m2 and is near the corner of Johnston & Nicholson Streets. It is ground floor, has a lot of natural light & nice old textured walls. You have access through a big roller door, lots of electric points, internet available & a toilet. If required, a table and mirror are available for makeup. Parking directly outside on the street is plentiful. However dependent on the day, it is limited to 2 hours. Simply go out & move it a space over for a reset. There is also all day & 4 hour parking within a blocks walk..

Pricing terms

Rates: $150 for 3-4 hours / $200 for 5-6 / $300 for 8-10 General hours are 8am - 8pm (but preferably between 10-6 if lesser time is needed) 1. This is primarily a space for photo shoots & other quiet pursuits.. Your welcome to play music at a low level & as a backing track should it be a music video but because we are in a residential area & have other neighbours in the building (separated by a wall) noise in general needs to be within reason. This also relates to any noise/traffic outside the building, large vehicles etc.. We prefer things to be inside the building, not out so please enquire if you are still unsure. 2. If u are planning to do sound recording, please be aware it is a warehouse & not a sound stage.. You may encounter unwanted noise, it is generally very quiet in the space, but sounds may drift through the walls from the neighbouring photography studio etc. Sound recording has been done here many times with very few issues, but its not a completely silent space and we cannot offer that as a guarantee. 3. Please make sure you book enough time to load in & out.Bookings to be made with at least 48 hrs notice please. 50% Deposit up front.. rest on day. Other info available via email inquiry..
