Minimum of 3 hours Half day up to 4 hours Full day up to 8 hours 50% of booking + bond is required to book the studio. All studio hire costs, including equipment hire, are due to be received at least 24 hours prior to secure your booking. A security bond of $150 is also required to be paid prior, this price may differ depending on what you will be using the space for. Clients are to be aware STUDIO520 is a ‘by appointment’ venue, and failure to pay all costs at least 24 hours prior will result in cancellation. For this reason we do not accept cash, nor any other form of payment upon arrival. No exceptions. While payment is due to be received only 24 hours prior, STUDIO520 will not put dates ‘on hold’ if another party is ready to commit to the same date/times with payment. We will attempt to contact the Client should anyone else enquire about the same date/s, however the only way to guarantee hire is to pay all hire costs and the security bond as soon as possible. EQUIPMENT HIRE Lighting, paper backdrops, photography stands, led lighting and blacks may be available for hire from STUDIO520 as long as it is discussed and quoted prior to your booking commencing.
