Quiet inner-city office for creatives and professionals.

Our Brunswick studio has been set up as a professional space rather than a co-working environment, with four individual desks, and opportunities for door and street signage so that you can establish a presence and identity at the address. Visitors and clients will be coming to your office, not a co-working hub. High ceilings and excellent natural light make for an impressive and pleasant space to work in. In addition to a 2000x800 sit-stand workstation and lots of storage space, you’ll get full use of the large meeting/layout table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely courtyard. There is a shared A3 laser printer on the network, so you won’t have to bring your own. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed NBN, and fortnightly cleaning. Please note that this space is not suitable for noisy or phone-heavy work. We currently have one desk available. Other desks are currently occupied by one architect and two UX designers. Other individuals in the creative industry are most welcome.

Convenient walking distance to Sydney Road and Lygon Street, with a great little park a short distance to the south. Excellent public transport options.
