What are the licence fees?

How can I apply?
We are accepting applications online. Please apply here.
Who are the spaces for?
The spaces are suitable for a variety of art forms, in particular desk-based practices given the nature of the office building. If you have questions around space suitability for your practice, we encourage you to contact us on 9659 9893.
When can I move in?
Spaces will be ready to move in from early 2024.
Why is access 8am to 6pm on weekdays?
Normal hours for the building are 8am to 6pm, however the building can be accessed outside of these hours. More information can be found in the Guidelines.
Can I organise my own internet?
Individual internet connections can be arranged. There are data cables coming to the floor.
Is there a meeting room?
At the moment, we have not allocated a shared meeting room. Some spaces will have enough area to have a meeting space within their footprint. Creative Spaces may consider changes to the floor plan to accommodate a meeting room with enough interest from applicants at the EOI stage.
Can more than one business or group share a space?
Yes! We would issue one licence with each persons’ name listed. If you intend on sharing your space, please make this known in your application.
