Collins Street Studios: Offices 2 & 3 EOI is now open – Launching April 2024!
In partnership with the Victorian Government, the City of Melbourne's Creative Spaces program is launching its first creative hub in the heart of the city, offering more affordable and adaptive spaces to support the creative sector.
Located at 271 Collins Street, the new Collins Street Studios hub features a diverse collection of spaces for creative businesses, organisations and practitioners.
This is a rare opportunity to co-locate your practice within a dynamic hub environment that can host over 100 creative workers, provide a platform for collaboration, the sharing of ideas, resources and skills and help boost creative sector careers and practices.
Please note, these spaces do not suit public facing organisations such as galleries or retail stores. The spaces are also not fit for purpose for wet work or hard arts practices.

In order to submit an application, you must attend one of the following walkthroughs (30 min duration):
- Wednesday 6 March at 2:00pm
- Wednesday 13 March at 2:00pm
