De-Construction/ Re-Construction Virtual Exhibition
Online exhibition by nine Creativity Cluster women artists
Familiar buildings gone, huge holes in the ground, hoardings blocking streets and temporary structures suddenly appearing, as Melbourne undertakes its huge Metro Tunnel Project. This chaos has inspired the Creativity Cluster artists, each using a different medium, to explore the process of breaking something down or pulling it apart, then rebuilding or restoring it. Featuring Luna Cameron-Parrish, Marina Chamberlain, Pat Duncan, Lindsay Hussey, Nancy D Lane, Carolyn Morwood, Deidre Ogilvie, Penny Sharples and Mardie Whitla. Supported by the City of Melbourne Covid-19 Arts Grants.
