Your own private lockable office at our vibrant Co Paradiso co-working warehouse - this is a space to work, create, network and immerse yourself in an authentic creative community vibe.

Studio 4 & 7 are both fully-enclosed private studios / offices and are available to move in immediately. Studio 4: The space is lockable, has a large window, large mirrored wall, ceiling lights on a dimmer switch, concrete floors, and comes unfurnished (however there is a mounted LG TV screen which comes with the room). Studio 7: The room is lockable, has two internal windows, split-system air con, ceiling lights on a dimmer switch, concrete floors, and comes unfurnished. The walls can be painted however you like! The two studios are inside our coworking space, so you'll be part of our creative community while having your own private space to work in.

Includes access to a Private Meeting Room, Coworking Desk area, Photography Space, super fast ethernet and wi-fi 400 Mbps U/L D/L speed, free car parking.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, and we provide tea and coffee.

The space features a dining and lounge area with pool table for when you need to take a well-deserved break.

A beautiful location next to Merri Creek and surrounding parklands for lunchtime walks.

Access Hours

Typically 9-6 on weekdays, but 24/7 access is available. Sometimes our other studio tenants work over weekends and during evenings, and you would be able to do the same. The venue is also used to host events outside of business hours (but not in your studio space, which is lockable).
