Albert Street Studios New Ground Floor Complex
Space overview
This is a new studio complex we are currently fitting out. We are seeking expressions of interest in the spaces illustrated in the plan provided, and we can tailer make a space to your specifications if required.
The complex has polished concrete floors and there is a large, high roller door and a sliding door that is car sized. The studios will be partitioned to a height of 2.4 meters and be made of a double skined semi-transluscent material to augment the ambient light. This is an ideal space for those working with larger and/or heavier works.
The studios are very close to Lygon street, with plenty of cafes and eateries, and the tram line. This downstairs section is an addition to the Albert Street Studios, which has been a hub for artists for over a decade, supporting a large range of artist and designers.
