The venue features a 10m x 7.5m black-painted permanent wooden stage and a 10m x 4.7m carpeted audience area, with professional-style black drapes. The interior includes a dressing room, accessible toilet with shower, kitchen, and a reception area with costume displays. There’s a mirrored wall behind curtains for dance use, basic lighting (additional fee) and sound via AUX or Airplay, heating, WiFi, and ample floor space for classes, workshops, or creative development. The entire space feels like a boutique black box theatre—with inspiring quotes on the walls and thoughtful practical details throughout.
Located in Altona North’s light industrial area, the space has easy access to major freeways, unlimited street parking, and is close to Altona Station and local bus lines. There are great local cafes and supermarkets nearby, plus other warehouses hosting creative makers and businesses. The venue also has a loading dock and roller door for easy bump-in.
