Space overview
Amazing open place space with many facilities to create from (eazels, tables, trestles, storage cabinets etc). At the back of Concourse, so shops and cafes 2 min walk. Flexible arrangements possible (let's discuss your thoughts). We also have a private room should you prefer that. About 3m x 4m.
The space is funky, art deco stairs, open plan, big balcony with seating, rough timber floor so it doesnt matter if we drop some paint or other materials, cosy seating area to use, mini fridge and microwave, toilet/kitchenette.
It is opposite Beaumaris Primary School, at the back of Concourse, next to Two Monkeys Cafe (best coffee in town). Parking is either in the street or around concourse (usually Fridays it is more busy).

Access Hours
It is a flexible space, we are offering your own corner (min 25m2 but can be double the size too) in a creative space. Access 24/7 with your own key. There are currently two more artists working from private rooms (mostly in the weekends only) plus my sister and me. We have a kitchenette and bathroom (can wash brushes if your art is painting) a shared seating area, toilets. We are open for suggestions. You can even have a private room should you wish.
We are open for suggestions of using the space. We are also open for leasing it out on an hourly base if you like it only a few hours a week. That would be only for the shared spaces/art table and Easel area (not private room or private corner).
