This space is an industrial style blank canvas, with concrete floors and whitewashed walls, exposed ceiling beams, a backdrop paper roller system, two small windows for natural light and a wardrobe nook. It can be hired completely empty, or hirers may utilise a selection of trestle tables, stools, full-length mirror, shelving and clothing racks. The space is flat access, with an interior roller door and external double glass doors leading into a flexible foyer, and then through a curtained entrance into the studio.
Located right on Melville Road in Brunswick West with the 58 Tram at the doorstep, walking distance to numerous bus routes and a 20min walk from Anstey Train Station. The building has a beautiful courtyard garden for welcoming clients and sunny lunches. Local cafe gem Cuppo is right around the corner serving great coffee and excellent (and eccentric) toasties, with numerous other food & drink options within a 3 block radius. It's just outside of the hustle & bustle of Brunswick but still very much centrally and conveniently located.

Parking
No reserved parking, however unrestricted street parking can easily be found in surrounding residential area. Sundays there is unrestricted street parking right outside on Melville Road.
