Balam Balam Place is your new purpose-built creative and community precinct located in the heart of Brunswick.
A shared office for small teams and individuals, and a number of commercial spaces are available for single-tenancy design and creative practices, such as architecture, design, writers, media and editing, or arts organisations. These new, light-filled spaces feature dedicated wifi, private access, central heating and cooling and access to bike storage and shared canteen.
We are located next to the the Brunswick Baths, just off Sydney Road, and a short walk from tram, bus and train stops, and share the site with Blak Dot Gallery.
Home Economics is located on the Ground Floor, serving up damn good coffee and delicious pastries from 8am, 7 days.

Parking
Paid all-day parking is available on Dawson Street opposite Brunswick Baths. Visitors can park in Woolworths carpark on Phoenix Street for up to 90 minutes, after which is paid. 2 hour off street parking is also available nearby.
