Pricing terms

All outgoings (electricity, water, commercial rates, grounds maintenance, cleaning etc) will be $25 p/wk on top of rent for up to 3 tenants, and then to be all inclusive. WIFI is responsibility of tenants (can be shared if organised between tenants). Strong phone signals (booster for each service provider within building) make for strong tethering service. NBN is in the building and can be 'patched through' to office via our main frame.
