Pricing Terms

Rent includes all outgoings excluding internet, based on a useage of up to 3 people. Beyond that, we will need to discuss the scope of useage to be able to fairly estimate a cost of outgoings. Outgoings include electricity, water, commercial rates, cleaning, carparking and grounds maintenance. Broadband is at the building. Each tenant is responsible for their own connection through our main frame, unless arranged communally between tenants. Optus and Telstra boosters give strong phone signal for tethering.
