Use of all equipment included.** **All bills included, no overhead** (See 1.0 and 2.0) ** Solopreneurs — $280 p/w > (12 month commitment) ** Team of 2 — $260 p/w > (Price per seat | 12 month commitment) ** Team of 5 — $245 p/w > (Price per seat | 12 month commitment) ** All 6 month commitments priced at $320 p/week, p/seat 1.0 Lease & Payments - Commitment: 6 or 12-month terms available. - Payments: Rent paid one month in advance, due on the 28th of the prior month via bank transfer. - Deposit: Refunded at the end of the term (non-refundable if the contract ends early). - All-In: Utilities and bills are included in your rent. 2.0 Insurance - Coverage: Tenants must provide a Public Liability Certificate of Currency (COC). - Interested Party: The main leaseholder must be listed as an interested party on the policy. 3.0 Access & Security - ID: Photo ID is required for all team members prior to key handover. - Security: Doors must remain locked. We just ask for privacy regarding the owner’s desk or private documents. - Courtesy: When the “Recording” light is on, please keep background music and noise to a minimum. 6.0 Clients & Sub-leasing - Access: You are welcome to bring clients on-site or sub-lease the studio to them with your supervision. - Handling: To protect the gear, clients are not permitted to handle equipment. 7.0 The Environment (Vibe) - Conduct: Keep the space professional and client-ready. Respectful behavior is a given. - Food & Drink: We ask that hot meals are kept to the kitchen or desk areas. Drinks in the studio are at your own risk. - Communal: Still, sparkling water, and alcohol are communal—if you finish it, please replenish it. 8.0 Branding - Window Signage: Designated window decal space is available to make your mark.
