Space overview
Black box studio comprising of approximately 9.5m sq studio space and 1.5m sq storage space - located outside of studio but accessed from within the studio. Eastmint Studios aims to provide a supportive environment for artists from a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds.
Black walls and clear perspex windows on one wall. insulated ceiling and option for ceiling skylight to be installed. We can do some work on the studio to meet your specifications if not too major. Any sound-proofing however would need to be paid for and organised by tenant. Currently not a sound proof space.
This studio is situated in the main cavernous section of Eastmint warehouse space.
Eastmint is just behind the main drag of High st Northcote between Northcote Station & the 86 tram
Grab a coffee from All Are Welcome or a Sabich from Tahina or pop down to the Northcote Social Club
