The space is part of a larger office which has been divided into 3 sections. Your Space is a 12sqm (3m x 3.9m) private work space with built in desks, access to a meeting room and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom/toilet. Ideal for various desk bound creative professionals or creatives working in the realm of post production.
White, bright space with built in desks and storage. As can be seen in the pictures, we have built in timber desk spaces, plenty of storage drawers and lots of natural light, with a polished concrete floor and exposed ceiling with drop down lighting. The space has its own split system for cooling/heating. The desks can be removed if a tenant wishes to start with a an empty space.
Roughly half way between Sandringham and Southland. The other office in the space (separated by a meeting space between the two offices) is currently occupied by a Drafstman.
