Space overview
This woody studio sits at the back of the shop next to a wall of glass. It is fitted with a high bench suitable for jewellery making but can be lowered to suit. Brunswick West Workshop is a co-working space with dedicated desk-cabins and studio-offices handmade by the operator. Facilities include Kitchen, lounge room, outdoor area, wood heater. We also have a shopfront available for use by tenants upon application. The Workshop is located within a 1 minute walk of unlimited street parking, the 58 Tram and plenty of cafes and lunch options. All bills and internet are included as well as basic amenities. The workshop suits creative businesses, freelancers and artists. Tenants include animators, designers, fashion professionals and visual artists. We work at a moderate noise level. Quiet machines, chatter and a respectful music volume are all appropriate.
