Nestled in the heart of Brighton East, our space includes a large 72sqm carpeted studio, fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette as well as double folding glass sliding doors opening onto our afternoon-sun exposed decking area and gardens.
A projector, sound system, and air-conditioning/heating unit are available for use, with easy-to-follow instructions provided upon hire. Furniture is also available for rent, including three trestle tables, 30 white Benton chairs, and 10 matching stools. However, the studio itself is a blank canvas ready to be transformed and tailored to suit your special event!
Our space is located within 10 minute walking distance of North Brighton station on the Sandringham train line. Situated in a residential area behind an hold home that has been converted into a psychology practice, the space offers plenty of street parking, privacy, and peace and quiet.
