The floor is carpeted ensuring a suitable acoustic ambience for a studio environment. Meeting: The meeting area includes a 4.2 m long, magnetic pin-up / presentation wall. Digital presentations can also be made. A kitchenette with sink, fridge, micro-wave, tea and coffee-making is adjacent. Making: The general utility area is suitable for many activities including: binding, collating, cutting, model-making, samples, minor fabrication, etc. Printing: The print area incorporates colour printer/scanner/copier, IT server, file-store, cabinets and coat hanging.

The location is right in the heart of central Melbourne. There are many excellent cafes, eateries, and restaurants of all types and cuisines in the surrounding streets, lanes, and arcades. The studio is in an established, Victorian-era block with many interesting heritage-era buildings. The main entrance to the visually striking, recently-opened Town Hall Metro Rail station is virtually at our front door.
