Space overview
Collingwood Place is new independently run co-working space in Collingwood. It is designed for creative businesses, freelancers, and small teams who want a well-considered place to work, with a sense of community and connection to the local area.
The space is intentionally small and curated. It’s not about scale or volume but about offering a functional environment where people choose to show up and work alongside others. The space includes 7 separate offices. There is a 65m2 communal area at the front of the space, which will host events. Kitchenette, WIFI, heating/cooling, shop front creative/photography studio, private lockable offices and bike storage included. We are looking for creatives who would like to also utilise the front studio for their brand/business for pop-up events, workshops, exhibitions, photography/videography and collaborate with other business in the local area. We have 2 offices available.
