A warm and spacious studio full of potential and versatility in the heart of Bentleigh.
This spacious, 30m2 studio features polished floorboards and a large window on the back wall, creating a warm and inviting environment. This space can be filled with up to 2 artists practicing in a range of mediums, such as writing, photography, painting, or ceramics, just like our most recent artist. There is ample space for a large workbench or desk, pottery wheels, and shelving or storage for all your materials. The closed fireplace, gorgeous mantle, and strong white walls add character to this converted old living room, and provide the perfect backdrop to exhibit your work. A split heating/cooling unit also maintains a comfortable creative atmosphere.
This studio is located upstairs above a pottery studio and supply store, Cones Studio, and at the start of a hallway shared by other private artists and pottery studio members. This space is surrounded by many great coffee shops, cafes, gyms, bars and food and retail outlets.
Public transport is close by with Bentleigh Station (Frankston Line) and the Route 703 bus within a 100m walk. There is also ample parking behind the nearby Aldi and Coles, as well as side streets and the train station carpark.
