This space has great natural light and plenty of storage shelves. The shelving and carpet tiles have just been installed so are nice and fresh. The space would make a lovely art studio, sewing space or office for your small business. It comes unfurnished but we can provide a desk if you wish. The space is not lockable, but a curtain provides a partition.
Close to the corner of Smith and Johnston Sts in Fitzroy.
The space is down a laneway and is accessed via a roller door. You can come and go as you please with 24 hour access.
