Space overview

An open plan space with natural light, currently used for creative groups and individual art session. Room for groups of 10 people, furniture provided. Tables can be packed away for an office space or other creative venture. Tea/coffee making facilities and bathroom onsite.

Well lit and spacious. Can be used for multiple creatives.

The space is within walking distance of Blackburn station and bus travels along the street. Cafe at the end of the street. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to Eastern freeway entrance via Middleborough rd.
