Space overview
A lovely cosy private studio is available in our shared office. The building is a recently renovated Victorian terrace shop and we are on the first floor. You will have your own private space, with shared access to a kitchenette and bathroom.
The room is 4.4 x 3.1m with high ceilings, timber floor, and exposed brick wall. The room is currently used as a meeting room, but will come unfurnished. Desks are available if needed.
We are right across the road from Seddon village, great cafes, and a short walk to central Footscray. Middle Footscray Station is right next door. We are above a wine bar - perfect for end-of-the week wind down drinks!
