Space overview
Our studio is spacious well lit and north facing, with panoramic views of the city and a large balcony. A great address.
6 desks for hire in our design studio, ideal for individual creatives and designers or small practices. In the stunning, heritage listed Total House, a rare example of Japanese New Brutalist architecture in Melbourne. Desks are adjacent to great natural light and panoramic city views. Daylight blinds reduce screen glare if required. We open directly to a balcony that provides fresh air into the studio space with air-con managing the extremes of summer and winter. Personal storage is available beside your desk, and on our communal book shelves with extra space for larger items in our storeroom and secure balcony parking space for your bicycle. Take your lunch on the balcony. We have A3/A4 colour laser printing available and a meeting room for 5 people. You will have access to our extensive dedicated trade library.
Our studio is adjacent to buzzing China Town with easy access to great cafes, restaurants and bars. Everything you ever need is close. Its a short walk to supermarkets, supply stores, printers, nightlife and all forms of public transport including CBD bike routes.
