Space overview
Vibrant 100 sqm self-contained ground floor space with ample natural light and charming window arches. Daylight LEDs as well as all round RGB lights for maximum flexibility, bluetooth sound system, kitchenette, and bathroom for 360 degrees usability.
This vibrant studio comes with its own kitchenette and toilet access, making it an excellent choice for various purposes such as training sessions, meetings, auditions, recitals, creative projects, or photography. The spacious area measures 100 square meters, and is fully air-conditioned for comfort. It is equipped with audio capabilities provided by 2 x EV ZLX 12 BT speakers, which can be controlled either through Bluetooth or cable connections. In addition to that, the studio features mirrors, a cozy couch and chairs, one button RGB setup, and a 5200K ceiling LED for optimal lighting conditions. The windows are covered with privacy mirror film, ensuring transparency only during the nighttime. Depending on the nature of the activity, the studio can easily accommodate 20-30 people.
Surrounded by cafes, close proximity to public transport, easy to reach by driving, walking or bike, plenty of parking available.
