Space overview
Open plan studio space in a heritage Fitzroy building, located in a great pocket of Brunswick Street. Located within Brunswick Street Gallery, the space shares a level with the gallery office and stock room. Comes set up with a desk and lamp, as well as storage space.
The space has extremely high ceilings, original wooden floorboards and a lovely arched window you'll be right next to. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen on the gallery's top floor, which is where the space is located. You'd be sharing with me, Alex — I run a small design practice called AKLR. The space suits another creative that is after a quiet and productive work environment. There is no dedicated meeting area within the space or gallery, so meetings are best held offsite or online.
Located right near the intersection of Johnston and Brunswick Streets, everything you want or need is within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, vintage shops, etc. Being inside a gallery itself is a great source of inspiration and cultural reference.
