Easey St Artist Studios (Visual Arts Studios)

1) Rental Invoices are forwarded to tenants via email on the 23rd each month and paid through internet banking by the last day of the month. No cheques accepted. 2) At the commencement of the tenancy, a licence agreement is signed by each party. There is no bond in lieu of a 6 months initial lease then monthly thereafter. 3) Small studios are for 1 tenant only (up to 12 squared meters) Thereafter larger studios are a maximum of 2 tenants only. 4) Unlimited WiFi is provided and is included in the monthly rent 5) All general outgoing are also included within the monthly rent. 6) There is a CPI increase yearly applied on 1st January of each year 7) Art or craft practices reliant on heave use of power may be charged extra sum for the use of power. 8) All studios are lockable studios 9) All studios are walled, have fluorescent lighting and power points. 10) Loud music is not acceptable and studio artists should use ear phones when using listening to music or when working on an audio art works. 11) Prospective artists do need to view studios prior to accepting a lease. 12) No strong smelling chemical or work practices are allowed in the studios. There is a solvent policy for the studios. 13) There may be photographs on this site which generally show a selection of studios which may not represent the actual studio offered for lease. If so available studio photos will be identified as such. 14) From time to time the buildings owner will undertake a rent review for the whole building which would mean an increase in rent outside of yearly CPI increase. 15) There is no residential accommodation offered at the studios.
