The space is accessable Mon to Sunday and at any time . We are happy to sublet the full space or only the 4 desks and keep min storage for ourselves behind the curtains. Contract in place until August 2027 with possibility to renew it for additional 5 years in case the applicants wants to enter the current lease for a lease transfer
